Although It seems a Post created based on pure assumption, I just wanted to give newbies a heads up about the kind of post accepted here, I've not heard any news on any major forum rules changes based on this. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up .
That thread is about disable merit distribution from JJG in Wall Observer thread and if further, all merit distribution in that thread. No point to restrict newbies to post in Wall Observer.
You even don't have to make your head up because if posters actively join that thread, they will recognize if something changed.
