Yup, this was talked about for pretty long in our office earlier. Some were defending PCSO because they went ahead and did this to "defend" whoever won it, which is kind of reasonable I guess. But then again some argued that it was shady in the first place since there were winners, or multiple ones, almost every month. I don't really know how the math works here since I don't have the numbers to check but as an average joe I guess it's a reasonable suspicion.

Not to mention there are probably better ways to tell someone to hide their face instead of needing to edit it out. Well, it is the PH, wouldn't be surprised with the amount of stuff going on in here.
