Any online business needs to first work on important pages like T&C, privacy policy, FAQ, etc. If a business is launched without these pages properly built then it gives an impression that they are not serious and might scam their users. We have seen so many scams happening in online industry and small points like what you have written can become a problem if they remain unnoticed. The volume might have been artificially created it is impossible to generate such volumes as a new exchange.
