for now, i don't think casimero has the chance to fight inoue, considering in the next 6 months or a year. there will be other boxers in line before him. but i do agree, there are so many boxing fans waiting for this match. just think of the thread here before dedicating for these 2. we had a long discussion but didn't come to reality. as they are claiming before that inoue was quite scared of casimero's strength inside the ring. well, we haven't seen them yet inside the ring. so that is yet to be seen.
There are a lot of fans waiting for someone to knock Inoue out. But even if we want to see that happen someday, if he's on his prime and he don't want to accept offers outside his home country then we just better accept the fact that he's always at advantage.
For fighters like Casimero, it doesn't matter if he's gonna have the fight inside or outside the host country. What matters to him is that he should fight him soon. Well, he's been mentioned by the Inoue's camp that he's likely to get boxed at the end of this year.
But it's still a long time and we'll see the development of it.
I think Inoue is about in his prime at this stage, in his 30's and we all know that is the age wherein boxer are really performing at a high level and so it's really hard to see how someone can beat Inoue even John Riel Casimero, who is about to hit his sunset at he is in the mid 30's if I'm not mistaken. And perhaps this is the reason why he keep on calling Inoue because he knows that in the next couple of years, he will be in the decline. Unfortunately, he has nothing to offer to Inoue, he doesn't have the belt, all his wins in 122 lbs are not that convincing. While Nery has been campaigning here for years and in the top of the division and correct me if I'm wrong, he is the mandatory challenger for one of Inoue's belt and that's why they said that they are going to fight him first after winning all the belts at super bantam.
I understand why people are actually wanting to see Inoue get knocked out by someone. I have not seen him lose a single fight. then I went to Google to see if he had actually ever lost. But he actually never lost in his career if I'm not wrong. I actually saw his last 5 fights. I saw him being very impressive. Actually I was a little ignorant because I had not seen him fight previously before his last five fights. But now I am going to see most of his fights. Maybe educate myself as well. But I can say that from the fights that I have seen him do, he is certainly very impressive. And it is easy to be hated when you have not lost any fight. I think that's the stage he is at right now in his career.
