You can program your own listing alerts with Telegram bot, you can get resources from their ann media such as Telegram channels or Twitter.
Today I built a simple telegram bot that forwards listing tweets to my telegram channel. This is completely without coding, just used keywords or hashtags which are characteristic of each exchange when announcing the coin listing. I use nitter.cz as my rss feed bot as we can't access twitter search directly without login. You can try it here.
