Manchester City are certainly very happy to hear this news and hope that Mohammed Salah will be absent for quite a long time. They can more easily take advantage of Liverpool's current situation and at any time can displace Liverpool at the top of the standings. De Bruyne's return is an improvement in performance for Manchester City and the absence of Mohammed Salah will be a disaster for Liverpool.
The absence of Mohammed salah is really gonna affect the performance of Liverpool because salah is there key player, just like what happened to Manchester City when Kevin de Bruyne had the injury they were finding it very difficult to perform, perhaps that's exactly what Liverpool will face. However is actually a very good advantage for Manchester City because since the Liverpool key player Mohammed salah will not be playing for a long time Manchester City will surely use it as an advantage to push Liverpool down from the first position, perhaps there is hope for Manchester City wining the premier League this season because they have all it takes to win it if Liverpool is out of there way.
Of course this is bad news for Liverpool fans who already have high hopes this season that they will get the trophy back, the possibility of Mohammed Salah's absence is news that will make them hit, because the attack line is not as good and has the ability to play flexibility like Mohammed Salah, the return of Kevin De Bruyne makes Manchester City have the ability as before, the proof is that they can strengthen slowly and are already in second place in the standings again as of this week.

Yes, this will be a wind of happiness for Manchester City, and surely they will take the throne at the top of the standings from Liverpool if M Salah really has a long absence, Klopp should have a worthy replacement to be able to cover the empty M Salah position, at least it can have a uniqueness or ability that is not far like M Salah.
