I don't see anything weird. That's just the way PoS works, just check the date. (check your address you will see the same kind of thing)
This account was given 1M and its balance is now around 70000. So that guy didn't make it to the second round.
(he didn't even sell his entire stack)

just to repost, when you see things like that in a wallet it is just minting/staking process.
If you follow the transactions, you will see several other address staking at the same time.
