In such scenario, for me, I will say that the blame ratio is 50/50, that is government is to be blame for not providing employment even when there are lots of vacant spaces, while secondly, the people are to be blame for failing to learn valuable digital skills in this era, capable to help them earn decent money online. Hence, this issue of quick money wahala boils down to lack of good money-making updates, because when a person lacks updates about how to earn legit money online, he/she falls easily to scams.
