I would not really put Canelo as high as #2. His record looks impressive but a lot of his opponents have been past their prime. When he's been in the same weight class as dangerous knockout artists like Golovkin, Beterbiev, or Benavidez he will completely avoid them for as long as possible. Inoue and Crawford have not had any losses or controversial decisions so to me they deserve to be considered the two best fighters in the world.
Beterbiev could climb faster on that rank if only he was young but considering his age, he no longer can do that and only has a few fights left. He needs to defeat his remaining opponents before he retires but he should do it with Bivol first, the guy is a massive wall against his opponents and it could be hard for him to find someone who would willing to face him considering his destructive powers and skills. right now, It's between Crawford and Inoue because this is their era unless someone will gonna shock them and defeat them in a unique way. After all, everything is possible especially when they have the right skills and destructive power to defeat their opponent.
