What happened is I used a post on medium that had a scam address to which I sent my matic to get the new pol token. That was not required and the coins would have been converted automatically.

My life at this point is literally ruined. and what I have saved the past few years is now gone forever.

I dont know if i will ever get back into crypto again. This is a huge step back. At this point I cant even stand to look my self in the mirror but i know full well it is all my fault and when we send something on chain it never comes back so we have to be extremely careful
