If it's about the value and price of Near, I am not amazed of it but what's important to me for this project is about its actual use case. There's so much to learn using its blockchain and the ecosystem that it has. IMHO, for those that are looking for projects, it shouldn't just about the charts and market cap of it. Try to check the actual community of it and how it is helping its own community through its features.

I was just checking NEAR and it's something else for me. I know that it's not the project that has a lot to offer and there are other projects that are lowkey and haven't been noticed. But if someone is going to consider this, you have to take a look at it and you'll see what I am talking about. I am not encouraging to invest because I said so but you must invest on it when you're already decided and when you've seen those things that I am talking to.
