We have to remember that Manchester City, like Paris Saint-Germain, had a transfer-oriented mentality before. For a while they thought they could win everything by spending a lot of money on transfers, but they were wrong. Then, after Pep Guardiola took charge of the team, they had some changes and they reached the level they are today. I think if Paris Saint-Germain want to be successful, they should sign a good manager like Manchester City and hand over the management of the team to him. Luis Enrique is the right name for them. Now I think they should give him more initiative and wait.
This has been exactly what I have taught of all along, that PSG should have adopted as buy big and notable players was never all they needed to get the best out of their team but then it's some how that they seem not to understand that yet and are still just spending with hopes of winning the trophy.
Just like you did mentioned Manchester city has learnt their lessons and have gotten to the point where they are now much better than they used to be and even more formidable than other teams across Europe, if PSG is focused now on building the current players they have they will make a good team in no time, they have a very good coach already so they don't even have problem with the quality of coach or their team, the problem now lays with their tactical form and their ability to possessing a good team work mentality amongst team members .
