Exactly mate. VIP program is just like a compensation for playing or losing your money in the casino. I really don’t care much about this rewards especially the level up reward when you are already high level since you will need to wager tons of volume just to rank up.
Only the rakeback is more beneficial to me because I can get back some of my losses and sometimes its the source of profit when I’m on breakeven for playing long game. Shuffle has a very cool VIP program since they have tons of level per tier.
Don't think about it too negatively.
Casinos don't have to do this but they do this for users but we can not exclude that any business does anything like free giveaway, free marketing without solid plan behind to bring positive benefit for their business.
I see those programs like mutual interactions between a business and their users. They are sustainable programs if both the business and users get benefit and I don't find any point from VIP program which is harmful for users.
