PMC is technically a PoW coin, it is a clone of Bitcoin.

The difference is that it was all _premined_ (100%) and distributed like a PoS coin.

You can mine PMC directly and receive TX fees.

You can mine at the Hashcows multipool and receive payment in PMC (rather than BTC)
