First of all, good luck on your business! I would be interested to know in which country or city you opened the bar. You write a lot about the bar, but not a word about the location.
On the subject of Bitcoin acceptance as a means of payment: I assume (based on the currency and how little money you had to put into the bar) that the drinks only cost a few dollars or even cents. Accepting Bitcoin as a means of payment for such a small amounts is more likely to result in a loss for you (transactions cost). Maybe accepting Litecoin would be a better idea.
