It's not the right step for them to always deposit money back when they lose, but what they have to do is, when they lose they have to introspect themselves, that they won't be like the host who has complete power, so they have to be able to stop. and apart from that, they also have to know when to stop gambling, such as when they lose and when they win, even though they have won, it doesn't mean they have to continue playing, but that's where good consideration is needed, deciding whether to continue with a big risk or cash it in to enjoy the winnings. has been obtained.

I agree with you, of course they definitely have other activities that they have to do, with the gambling they do of course don't let it interfere with other things they have to do, but it is clear that gambling can make us forget about time,  so we can play without realizing the time it's been so long. and at this time they must know that they have overdone it, because it is not recommended to gamble for a long time, because it can trigger their emotions to rise.
It is true not to deposit another amount of money when we have lost because that could cause us to experience an even bigger loss than before and make us regret it even more. We should be able to introspect ourselves when we experience defeat so that we can realize that we have been gambling using more money. If they realize that they have lost a lot of money by gambling, they don't need to gamble anymore or don't need to use a lot of money anymore. They must know when to stop gambling, especially after experiencing defeat and do not need to deposit any more money but choose to rest first. We really have to decide well and don't regret it later.

If they have other activities, they can do these activities as a diversion from gambling so that they will not gamble too often. This really helps someone not to get too deep into gambling and can still take care of himself when he is gambling. With the many temptations they will encounter from gambling, it would be better for them to have better self-control so that when they are gambling, they don't gamble excessively. This will prevent them from losing more money because they have created a barrier that functions to prevent excessive gambling.

But the common reaction when you think that you still got something from your savings is to add up to your bankroll and try some luck to recover the money that you already lose, a kind of wrong gesture as it can be the beginning of being engage to gambling. If you got lucky and win back your money, chances to keep playing and trying to win more will be the next thing in your mind, it will risk both your time and your money as again, you don't know when that losing streak will appear and suck up your whole bankroll.

You should know and understand that in gambling, if you are not wise and you don't know when to properly stop, you'll keep experiencing losses that will empty your savings.
