This year's competition to win the EPL is one of the highest it has been in years and thanks must go to Liverpool and Arsenal for stepping up to compete with Manchester City for the title. Last season Liverpool lacked stability, and Arsenal with a couple of bad games at the end of the championship can be said to have given the EPL title to Manchester City, but this year everything is different. You can see that all teams are fighting to the end and Liverpool is in the best shape for the last couple of years. The successful purchase of Nunez also helped to overcome the departure of Mane and Firmino.
I really enjoy the fact that Liverpool and Arsenal had to keep Manchester city on their toes and not to make them feel the usual way of looking like the king of the premier league, they have to literally work hard if they will be deserving the title this season, so far every encounter with either of both team always call for a reawakening amongst the Manchester city team.
The poor performance of Liverpool las season cost them a spot in the champions league and I'm very sure they learnt their lessons and now they got a better form and strength enough to not let Manchester city get the trophy again like they did last season but with Arsenal they started well but are currently reducing the confidence we once had in them to be able to winning the trophy this season I rather trust Liverpool better with the trophy than I would with Arsenal as against Manchester city because with arsenal currently it's possible to have a repetition of last season.
