If I'm not wrong Manchester City can take the lead from Liverpool if they manage to win their missing game. Manchester City will probably win that game which is Brentford as well. But until then they have to keep the point gap like this at worst. Maybe they can get ahead earlier as well in Salah's absence for Liverpool but we will see.
Manchester City have a strong players, they still have a chance to take over the league from Liverpool. Their upcoming games are against teams they can easily defeat and earn points from. However, I also thought that Salah's absence would have an effect on their play, Liverpool is still playing well, and I wasn't even expecting them to win against Bournemouth. Manchester City is a serious challenge to Liverpool, and I don't think they can stay at the top of the league.

I can say that Arsenal may return to the title challenge, but I can't compare this season to previous seasons. As long as Arsenal defeated Crystal Palace with five goals in their last game, I think they are really strong to rejoin the competition.
I don't see Arsenal playing to win the league title. They really started well at the beginning of the season but now they playing is just inconsistent. Although the league title is still much open but it mainly between Man city and Liverpool. Although alot of matches are still to be played, so no one can really say who the league title belongs to.
I won't be surprised if Arsenal wins the league title this season, because their players are capable of doing it. We know they play well right from the beginning, leading the league at first before falling back to the number four, but right now they're in third position. Arsenal's performance against Crystal Palace was excellent, and it looks like they're ready to challenge for the championship. I don't think Arsenal is a weak team to compete with Manchester City and Liverpool for the title, because they have the same points as Manchester City despite having different goals. Since they still have games to play, we can see in their next matches.
