So, that excludes users who don't have local boards and those who don't post in their local boards. Anyway, ranking up this day isn't as difficult as it was in 2018/2019 when adherence to the merit thing was stringent. It's not that way anymore. Many veteran users who wouldn't give a damn meriting below average posts are doing so now and that's because they've relaxed their criteria too.
