Do you think with the ETF's in play, and the buying and selling thats going on OTC we should all consider more precisely when we do our DCA buy. Should we setting our DCA after US market close on a week day or even off a weekday and onto a weekend day?

You will consider DCA purchases do not have to associate with buying and selling on the OTC because it will not affect, OTC is usually only done by whales who want to sell or buy in large quantities.
Do you want to invest in bitcoin by way of DCA? No need to wait for the US market to close or on any weekend you can buy bitcoin in the amount you want.
People usually do DCA every week maybe on the weekend or once a month that's what they do including myself, so I don't think there is a need to think about ETFs or other news.
You want to set DCA all the time then don't think about the price decreasing or increasing because DCA will continue to buy all the time.
