Internal Server Error! I am not sure why I got this message, but I have been getting this message since you opened this thread. Is it because of my location? Looks like others can access your site, but it's not available for all! I am confused, usually, it's different, I can either access the site or not, but this time it shows some error...

I got on a country IP that is typically banned in casinos because of regulations and it went like this:
so maybe your error wasn't because of a country restriction?
It's not about offering the highest rewards, but about the terms and conditions. When registering for the first time, does Moonclub immediately ask the user to complete KYC or when registering an account the user does not need to complete KYC and the user simply fills in personal information as stated in Moonclub's Privacy Policy.

hi! no, we don't have a mandatory KYC. The only mandatory verification is email addresses.
The other stuff on privacy policy must be when an account has been flagged by their kyc/aml policies.
