I second that, and i have said it a couple of times here already that if City don't win the league for the fourth time in a row, then it will be Liverpool who would beat them to the title. Liverpool and City have gone head to head in a lot of title races in recent years, though City came out on top in most of them, and i think the both of them are going to go at it this season again.
Of course we cannot take Arsenal completely out of the picture, but TBH i also don't think they can finish either above City or Liverpool this season, i would be surprised if that is to happen.
Premier League have 16 matches left with potential many points take by all teams, seems too early for predicting with Manchester City failure become the winner fourth time in a row or possibility with Liverpool for the first time become the winner after last edition on Premier League season 2019/20. Top fourth standings gap points not large difference have chance not only for Manchester City, Liverpool but also there are have Arsenal who fight for Premier League tittle race season 2023/24.
Next month is crucial for top fourth standings teams position, they will have Champion League knock out round and Europe league matches with potential made rotation with their squad will possibilities inconsistency performance in domestic league. Team candidate for winning premier League regarding with consistency performance until the last matchday, right now too early for predicting which one team will be the winner.
The Premier League still has a lot of match left in the second half of the season so the top four clubs still have the opportunity to collection points to fight for the Premier League title, Manchester City is still a tough competitor in the last few seasons, Liverpool and Arsenal are still trying to break Manchester City dominance in winnings the title. However because the race for the Premier League still looks quite hot because the top four clubs have a small difference in points, so we can't predict who will ultimately wins the title.
In February, the three top clubs have a tighter schedule. Manchester City and Arsenal have to compete in the last 16 of the Champions League, while Liverpool will also compete in the last 16 of the European League, but Liverpool schedule has not yet been determined who they will compete with and of course we all don't we want this busy schedule to affect our favorite club and affect its consistency in the domestic league, but the club that is able to maintain its consistency is the one who can come home as a winners.
