This is terrible that people are so poor and fucked up in the head that they in the first place need to loan money from strangers online, only there the warnings signal start big time.

How hard is it for a REP-member to create an ALT just throw it with merits and pretend it somebody "new" and then scam with loan? I am not saying this is the case, but it's not hard at all if you being here long time enough.
