De Rossi has to prove his ability to coach and I think this is an opportunity for him if he wants to become one of the coaches to be taken into account. The match against Inter Milan is quite difficult because currently they are at the top of the standings with a fairly consistent form of play. But nothing is impossible as long as the players have the motivation to beat them and at least De Rossi can provide resistance which ends in a draw in the match which is more than enough.

De Rossi was appointed by Roma management to replace Jose Mourinho, until his contract expired for 6 months. In my opinion, it is very difficult and not easy for De Rossi to show his abilities with Roma if he only has 6 months, it seems like a coach needs quite a long time to develop and adapt to his squad. Especially against Inter Milan, whose performance is currently showing well, it will be very difficult to match their game in a situation like this. Maybe De Rossi should completely overhaul Roma's entire playing strategy with his commitment to be even better in the future. Not only that, De Rossi and management must be able to take advantage of the transfer moment to choose really good players for their squad so that they can bring victory to Roma and not be in vain later.

If De Rossi 6 months coaching took Roma to the lime light, and they were able to finish among top four this season, then maybe Roma might decide to keep him to see if he will do better next season. If he is a coach that can study the players very fast, then it will be of a help to him, but if he is the slow type, it will be difficult for him to adapt fast. De Rossi should try and come up with a play pattern that will be able to withstand the strong clubs, so that he will be able to use that as an advantage, if not, it will be difficult for Roma to challenge these clubs. Let's see what he has for the club during this time in Roma. If he is loved by the players, it will be easy for him.

I'm sure he will do his best for Rome, but it must be said that he does not have enough experience. Coaching is a difficult profession. The responsibility of the players is on them and you will try to use a player in the best possible way. De Rossi must work hard if he wants to be better than Mourinho. I think De Rossi will do well as Roma's head coach because Roma players will work extra hard to impress De Rossi so that they can get more opportunities to play for AS Roma. Secondly, De Rossi knows AS Roma and the ltaly league very well and will know the kind of tactics to deploy in difficult situations to win over his opponent.
