Of course they can, any team that makes it to a final has a chance of winning the trophy and if they were not strong enough, there's no way they could have progressed as far as the final. Chelsea would remember their recent defeats in cup finals against Liverpool, so they would either hope to meet them in the final for revenge or they might prefer a London derby final with Fulham.
Liverpool will take victory from Fulham in this game and they will not miss any opportunity that will come their way because, they are very smart in this season and you can see what they did to many teams in this premier league tournament to returned back to first position with boldness.
