Even though Inter are still at the top of the Serie A standings and have also completed the Champions League group phase but ya,at least the pressure in the knockout phase later will certainly have a big difference then what happened in the group phase . Therefore, at least any result still has a big chance of occurring in terms of failure and success. Considering, the pressure that Inter is receiving in Serie A also doesn't seem easy at all because ya, the factor about Juventus who only play in the domestic league and also Vlahovic who is currently also in a good trend . So ya, at least, Inter will have big risks and worries in maintaining its position at the top of the Serie A standings in the rest of the season.
I think the tight match schedule will be the biggest challenge for Inter Milan in the future, apart from the pressure that will continue to be put by Juventus in the race for the Scudetto. Other concerns may include player injuries, otherwise I don't think Inter will be shaken by any situation or threat. Juventus is certainly freer because they only focus totally on domestic competitions, but I think they are also not free from a number of challenges too. I think that in the future Inter will be fine, and will most likely return to the top of the standings when they have finished their postponed match against Atalanta.

I see the best opportunity available for Juventus is in the Coppa Italia, if they are able to beat Lazio in the semi finals, then they will face Fiorentina or Atalanta in the Final. On paper, Juventus can do it, and the competition is easier than winning the Scudetto in Serie A. However, if they fail in the Coppa Italia and also fail in Serie A, then Juventus will end the season without any trophies. Another scenario is that if Inter are eliminated early in the UCL, they will shift their focus completely to domestic competitions, and I predict they will be very tough for any team in the future.
