One guy says it OK to talk about them but don't post links.
Another guy says don't talk about mixers at all but has a link to a wallet with a built in mixer in his avi and signature.
The next guy is talking through google translate? But he seems to be pretty sure I'll be banned for even thinking about mixers.
Its all very confusing especially since the purpose of bitcoin is private, peer to peer payments outside of government control.
The
new rule says you still can discuss mixers as long as you dont post direct links. And using link shorteners to hide mixer URLs is prohibited too. So I think we should be able to talk about them as long as we keep it conversational. Because they can be useful tools for community if used right.
However, there are a couple things that not allowed when it comes to mixers. You cant do giveaways, sponsorships, bounties, or any kind of paid posts or ads in your threads. And promoting mixers in signatures, avatars, and your profile is prohibited too.
