Can Chelsea win the carabao cup ?
Of course they have a chance but I just don't see it higher than Liverpool honestly. Because Liverpool will have Salah back in the squad as long as his injury isn't very serious. But if Salah can't play in the finale then Chelsea's chance against them would increase of course. Because Salah makes a huge difference for Liverpool.
I was really impressed the way Chelsea answered Middlesbrough by the way. A win by 6-1 is really huge. We should have seen the quality difference between these teams though.
There is every possibility that Chelsea could win the Carabao cup though I'm not judging them base on their current performance but rather base on the fact that they know truly well that they may not have a spot in the top four of the league table not to even talk of becoming the title contenders therefore, this is an opportunity for them to at least go with a trophy this season so I believe that they will focus all their energy in the Carabao cup and as for Liverpool, they have divided attention because they are the league title contenders and also hoping for an European glory so they might actually see the Carabao cup as of less importance to them and focus more of their energy in the premier league and Europa League of which they have visible advantage in the both competition but however, "a bird at hand is worth more than millions in the bush so they may also wish to win the Carabao cup while also hoping for more trophies but notwithstanding what the outcome of the final would be between Liverpool and Chelsea, i believe the match is really gonna be tough between the both clubs.
