The Serie A league is still an interesting competition since 3 seasons ago when Juventus couldn't dominate the A series, it has become very interesting. There is always a change of club that can win the Scudetto title and indeed we will never know what will happen because there are still a lot of matches remaining but we can look at the performance and depth of certain clubs to predict which clubs will really qualify for the Scudetto.
This season is best one for Juventus to lift Scudetto again because they only play in Serie A and can take advantage of it to beat Inter Milan through a long season. Inter Milan are strong and stands at the first position but they might be affected more by Champions League matches in coming months. In contrast, Juventus won't have that distraction and with 100% focus on Serie A, they will potentially play better than Inter Milan and win the league.
You are too fast to conclude that Juventus will win the league, even when they are not on the first position. Who told you that because Inter is playing in European competition will make them lose focus on winning Scudetto this season. Have you forgotten that a club can win tribble in one season, or two competition in one season. This is why I don't see your point as an assurance that Juventus has a high chance of winning Scudetto than Inter.
Juventus is in a strong form right now, and there is no doubt, but they have a rival that is ahead of them, and it is only when Inter lose any match that Juventus can use that as an opportunity to be ahead of them if they win their own match. Don't forget that Inter has being consistent since the beginning of this season and Juve only picked form in the middle, so nobody knows for how long that their good performance will last.
