This seems much better than a coordinated pump. The other thing which would help (which we cant control) is to have people actually just hold their Blackcoins and not sell them. If no one is selling but the whales, they will run out of low priced coins eventually.
A healthy market needs buy and sell orders. It is called liquidty. Someone with 100K USD to invest, will not buy blackcoin if it means he pushes the price up double.
