This is scammer
And his group is full of scammers, most members are just his different accounts
He send me a GCP account, after I check account is good, then I pay him, then he restore account and take it back immediately
Lucky I add my own gmail as GCP admin and disable his account, so even he take it back, there is nothing he can do, the GCP access still belong to me
Then this GCP account banned within warrenty time
I ask for refund in his group then I got kicked
Stay away with this scammer anyway
