No one can tell when it will drop its price significantly so as long as you can afford to buy, then buy now. And be ready to DCA in the next days and months before bitcoin halving takes place.
I guess bitcoin has huge potentials enough to make it irresistible to buy. So asking if this would be the best time to buy or not is actually showing no confidence to bitcoin.
