There are already rumours out on the internet about Xabi Alonso and Liverpool.    After Klopp has announced that he is going to leave Liverpool by the end of this season people have been discussing about who they would bring here to fill his place strongly. Xabi Alonso idea has come to the minds not much time later of course.

However Leverkusen feel confident about him to stay at least for another season. They say Xabi Alonso has already started to build the squad for next season. Maybe things can really go on like they expect but I can't be sure of that. He played for Liverpool for years as well so Liverpool must have a special place in his heart.
