But to say that a doctor could prescribe gambling for a patient is something that be wrong and unethical for they profession,  because advising patient to gamble may result into bad gambling experience.

Of course, other alternative games can be done instead of gambling to relieve stress. But if the patient really prefers games that have bets, gambling could be a solution too.
If it is used as therapy, its use or activity should be monitored. it cannot be excessive and it must be supervised. I'm not sure any doctor would advise that. There are many ways people can get peace from the stress of work.
So far I have never heard or known of doctor who advised patient to engage in gambling activities and of course doctor would only suggest more beneficial activity such as exercising, this would be very useful alternative activity.
I sure there is no doctor who does something like that and if there were then I sure he would not be doctor, doctors are highly educated people and they know the causes and effects of every activity on mental and psychological health.
It is an unreasonable statement to say that the alternative recommended by the doctor is gambling, even though the patient likes gambling, it is still not recommended.
Whether it is as therapy or as an alternative in health or so on, gambling is still not something that can be used as therapy and we know that gambling has quite significant negative impact on some people who fail to have the right mindset and approach.
