First of all I think it is quite normal that all these rumors are now popping up like they always do, but this time are there are more things that could turn out to be some interesting coincidences. Like Xabi Alonso once played for Liverpool and now suddenly Klopp steps back despite leading the Premier League, then there are more rumors that Klopp's next job could be in Germany in some function. These rumors will now pop up on a weekly basis until we get the answers as to what's really going to happen.
Mourinho is still free, imagine one coach gets fired by a top team, then the next rumors will come up. Same for Mbappe. There will be a lot of stuff to talk about for us.

If Klopp goes to Germany I think his next address would be Dortmund or Bayern Munich. He managed Dortmund for 7 years already though. I'm curious about whether he would still like to go back there. In case of Terzic is sacked by Dortmund they can really think of making some attempts for bringing their old manager back. Klopp had nice years there.
If Bayern Munich decide to part ways with Tuchel for a reason this summer then I think they would also like to make an offer to Klopp. But I don't know which one would be their first choice.
Xabi Alonso or Klopp? My choice would be Klopp honestly thinking of his being a very experienced and successful manager. 
Klopp returning to Germany also sounds reasonable, and Dortmund and Bayern Munchen are the right options to continue his career there. If there are only two choices then I hope Klopp would be better off choosing Bayern, Dortmund likes to sell good players every season, Klopp will have difficulty achieving success if he returns to his old club, because the club management habits have not changed. Regarding Xabi, it looks like he will stay for one more season with Leverkusen, he definitely doesn't want to leave too early after building the club, especially if Xabi succeeds in winning trophies.
On the other hand, Mourinho is reportedly being approached by Newcastle, I feel he would be a good fit for the club, because they are building strength to be able to win the EPL title under their new owners. Apart from that, Xavi future is still full of question marks, maybe he will train a club outside Spain to continue his managerial career after officially parting ways with Barcelona.
