That home near me in Howell NJ would be double the price with 27k property tax.

For me if I was at f.u. status it is enough house. Although there is a decent horse farm in south jersey I would buy as the out buildings are magnificent and I would finally have the space I want.

House needs 100-200k in work. Wife would not move to either place even if I have the $$.
