It is rumored that Hansi Flick will be Xavi's replacement next season. Xavi doesn't have strong mentality as a coach and this has proven that how he decides to leave after he has a bad season with barcelona. That's normal as a coach who is having very less experience in managing the club. he's unlike ancellotti which has been fully experienced in managing the club and he has strong mentality as well.
This is another setback for barcelona caused by the club is still at the middle of season but xavi is just burdening him with his statement. The players are not feeling that good with what he said before.
