I watched a lot of interviews with players who smilingly talked about how they lost for months, losing almost everything in their lives. Starting from the apartment and ending with the trust of loved ones - which I consider in each case the most expensive loss. So, these people then got a very big win, and often it was so big that it would be possible to return all the material goods sold. But these ludomaniacs did not fix this profit. And they played on and lost.
Stories like this should serve as lessons for others but it doesn't. It is very pathetic when a gambler loses everything to gambling and then gets a big win and instead of gambling wisely due to experience, he allows himself to still fall for the urge and lose everything again.
Well, this is not the case with everyone. And this exception accounts for why gambling is indeed a hope restorer. Some people prioritize investment over continuous gambling when they win. This control if possible should be imbibed in every gambler as it will go a long way to check reckless gambling whether win or not.
