The reason why some of the countries military are not capable of doing their rightful job is just that some do lack discipline, precision and courage, which can be called upon in the middle of battle. And the most important thing of an army is to keep on reminding yourself, for the oath you have taken, to serve your country you can even give your life. Which means you are to carry on with the task you are ask to, to save the country.

You know sometimes the problems do also come from the head, because there are many of the army's leader who are fighting against peace of the country, which is very wrong, they always say a good leader always shows the good example, then when the leader failed to do so, i don't think the blame should be put on the up coming ones. But ideally since you know what's good and bad you can not belong to the group of disloyalty ones, people that are not willing to save a country only by putting it themselves in danger.
