Change browser settings according to your requirements and by blocking casino adds as well as gambling sites, is good idea. Thus a gamble  will visit less in these websites and so he would place less bets then before as usual. Even if you have installed any gambling related apps or software in your devices then you should use lock so that whenever you want to go there you need to unlock first. It'll warn you that trying to inter gambling website. Those poses will work for them who can control them self already otherwise sus set up and work for any addicted person. Cause any person become addicted then nothing will stop them from gambling

That's really a good idea, blocked those gambling sites to your devices to prevent daily checking and possible placing of bets. That's one of the best way to lessen the gambling time consuming activity and to avoid the bad habits that gambling brings to a person. You can do that if you are not in the worst part of being addicted to gambling because if you look at it, a person obsessed with gambling can do different ways just to gamble. It even reaches the point where they can neglect and leave their family just so they can focus more on gambling. It is based on a true story where a father in another country left his young twin children just to satisfy the he wants to play.

In today's time, even if we do that, if we use social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube, we can still see gambling ads.
Especially on Facebook, gambling ads are rampant, and the majority of those who promote gambling online that can be downloaded on mobile devices are female influencers whose promotion of gambling is a deception.

So, I think blocking it will be useless in some other ways, but as long as we can avoid it let do our best to apply what it is right
for it in this matter.
