From that address, it can also be determined where it came from, whether it is from a centralized or decentralized exchange platform, and sometimes it is from the gambling platform here at the casino.
I just can't determine whose name; I just don't know if from the exchange they can determine which person did this transaction; that's what I'm not sure how or if it is possible.
