Hello, It has been over a month since I requested my first withdrawal on Seabet.io.
Unfortunatelly it was rejected, upon contacting their support via live chat, I was informed that my account is under review and that i need to wait.
Since then withdrawal option on my account is disabled.

Each time I've contacted their live chat for updates, I've been informed that my account is under review, but they couldn't provide a specific timeframe for its completion.

can anyone please tell me how long this process can take?

I want to clarify that I haven't violated any rules. I deposited a total of 2300 USDT, and my current balance is 3780 USDT. so i didnt win big and also didnt placed any arbitrage or something, so i dont understand why it need to be verified and why seabet.io cant tell me how long will it take.
