The opponent faced by AS Roma is still a weak team. 2 wins can be obtained from Verona and Salernitana. 2 weak teams that should be easily won by AS roma. salernitana is currently ranked at the bottom of the last rankings while verona is currently only ranked 16th, 2 levels from the degaradation zone.
These two matches should be a match to get full points for AS Roma because AS Roma is in need of more points to aim for a better position. And the match with Salernitana has been won by AS Roma so what AS Roma has to think about next is winning the match with Verona in order to stay in a position that is not too far from the top five. Because the competition for points in the middle of the Italian League is currently increasingly fierce and quite close with several teams.

At least, the winning results on paper for AS Roma in De Rossi's first three matches were successfully realized even though indeed, De Rossi just played the first two matches against Verona and Salernitana and both were in the bottom zone of the Serie A standings. So, the reason I say De Rossi's first three matches is because yes, in fact in the next match AS Roma will still play against another relegation zone team and that team is Cagliari. Therefore, because in the first two matches De Rossi can keep AS Roma winning then of course, playing against Cagliari who are in the relegation zone still promises a victory for AS Roma because after all, AS Roma will also play at home.
Yes, that's right, now there is no longer any need to debate about them beating weak teams like Verona and Salernitana. What needs to be seen now is that As Roma won again after experiencing several disappointments, but with new coach De Rossi, As Roma managed to get 6 points in their last two matches. This is a positive start to raise the enthusiasm of players. The team is in place but everything still needs to be reorganized, and De Rossi still has a lot of work to do.

De Rossi's proof will most likely be tested in the next three matches, apart from facing Cagliari, they will also face Inter Milan the following week and a few days later they will visit Feyenoord in the first leg of the European Cup. This is truly De Rossi's biggest test with As Roma. Can he get through these three matches?
