I agree. We are increasingly relying on more and more tools to do what we've always done without them, and this is a problem. If you want to use Notepad yourself it's up to you, but I wouldn't advice something like that to the rest of the members of the forum, especially when you get no substantial advantage by using it, and you may be contributing to deanonymize yourself. Satoshi wouldn't do it.
