I have only cropped and updated the image above where they said you have multiple accounts. Creating 15 accounts on a casino isn't a normal thing. Most probably they have strong evidences about their claim. Otherwise, they wouldn't say it was your 15th account. How much have you deposited and withdrawn from Shuffle.com? The casino team will not share the sensitive details here. You may reach to a mediator and ask them to provide the evidences there.
