rather than start a new thread I would just carry on this one, so i bought another board, was sold as a s17+ I planned to change firmware to s17pro, huge mistake on my part,
firstly on removing the old board, there were soldered wires on the back with one loose, so someone been modding it, but I digress, this new board boots fine, but will not flash any thing.
first starting doing a hard sd card flash, it just hangs with both light on, then I tried using the upgrade firmware on the miner, only to get to "cannot continue no signature"
anyone know how to change a s17+ board into a s17 pro board?
