Two candidates visited my office two days ago to submit their applications for the position of a health assistant. I had the honor of taking part in the interviews with them. After the interview, the candidate did very well, but the CMD chose to hire the male candidate because of his physical strength and height as the best contender for the position. He didn't even give the female applicant a chance to demonstrate her qualifications. What do you think about this?

I think that am not in the position to question the decision of the direct employer position in this, may be he has considered so many things before coming out with such decision and again the assignment may require strength we can never tell, I think we can be complaining when the woman was chosen in place of the man, I have seen this happen severally, I want you to understand that the decision of the man has nothing to do with negligence, the employer knows what he wants and he went for it and that's it.
