where did all the new players come from?

(maybe read this ^^ twice...)

i think, there are three big problems:

1. marketing (look above)
2. 120% --> 110%, 2% --> 1%, 5% fee, lottery feature that is not really reachable, because of this it's hard to reach the 60% to activate 200%-bonus. i remember a round with 75 deposits and 200% activated and guarantee fund filled up. (but it was with very low limits and a lot of donations, remember 0.222)
3. waiting time to see deposits. first deposit was always a too small (=donation) so isn't it possible to start listing deposits, directly when round has started? for example, a round could start at 7pm but you can start your script (or cronjob or whatever is running there) 30 mins earlier. if someone sends before official start, it will be a donation. but you can see it. maybe you have to wait a few seconds. but when you sent some btc's and you cannot see it for 20 minutes, would you send more again and again? that's a very long time (my point of view) it feels much too slow...
