have they made any other excuses as to why payments/refunds are still not being distributed despite promising that they'll pay them?
Maybe they have planned to collect funds through the presale of tokens or NFT of their new platform. And they might refund a small number of the victims with the presale funds in order to gain the trust for their new scam project.
this could probably be their actual plan 😂, I mean, this isn't the first time I've seen this kind of plan being posted here on the forum.
