Don't care about your rank - ignore it, you'll get it. You know exactly how the system works - so increase your patience and spend more quality time checking your rank. I know that we are happy when we rank up - it is an new historical milestone, but it is good not to focus on the rank but to focus on what you can do.

If you focus on rank - then it is very possible for you to post something to get merit. IMO - that's never good for your psychology, so take the advice and do your best without any pressure.
